An iconic landmark of Montreal, this is one of the world's most visited religious pilgrimage sites with over 2 million visitors every year. The basilica's dome reaches 97 metres, making for a stunning architectural subject.

Time of day

Any time works well here, but if you happen to visit in autumn you'll get some stunning colours from the surrounding Mount Royal. A night time shoot during winter snow also looks fantastically dramatic.
